In the early 1960s Venice East made its debut on Florida’s Gulf Coast. It was initially a handful of homes and lots for sale. By 1964 a community association was formed for the betterment and beautification of the neighborhood. Currently we are subdivision of 902 homes with very few empty lots. That association is still led by a volunteer board of directors, and membership likewise remains voluntary.
